From now on, our company will jointly carry out anti-counterfeiting special operations with public security authorities, taking measures such as account suspension, credit exposure, and full network exposure against fraud-related entities.

Special requirements for goods storage, protection or transportation should be noted in the booking request and accompanied by relevant documents.

Second, you have been informed and deeply understand that dangerous goods misdeclaration will cause great losses to transportation enterprises, including but not limited to vessel and personnel safety, port safety, inspections and penalties by maritime, public security, port, environmental protection and other departments, vessel detention, blacklisting of transportation enterprises, reputation losses, etc. Therefore, you have fully read this booking notice and voluntarily agree that both parties jointly abide by good transportation order, declare dangerous goods in advance and transport only after our company's consent. If this agreement is violated, you voluntarily bear liquidated damages of RMB 1 million per waybill to compensate for direct, indirect and reputation losses caused to our company. If actual losses far exceed 1 million yuan, the actual losses shall prevail.
